The distance between point A and B in Stockholm is sometimes much further than one might think - how else can one explain that when walking over Riksbron it's daytime, but when turning around and look back it's suddenly, as if by magic, night...?

Yes, dusk certainly give, if not most, at least many things that certain flawless finish and magical glow.
