oh edamame!


Now and then you make the acquaintance of food that immediately makes you think 'How did I survive without the taste and texture of this?'. 

The humble edamame bean is such a food thing for me. Of course it's been some years now since we first met. And we don't have meetups very often. 

But still, everytime our lips meet - whatever did I do without the delightful satisfaction the green, crunchy, nutty goodness of edamame brings?

They're so good as is and I mostly eat them 'plain' with a dash of sea salt only. But perhaps you have a favourite edamame recipe you'd care to share? If so, that would be awfully sweet of you.
